<p> Connect to Protect is the DOD slogan for the month of September to emphasize healthy relationships between family, and friends. USAFA has also made sure to make it clear that this message is echoed throughout the community. According to <cite> Dr. Ken Robinson </cite> , <q> This special month allows the Academy community to rally around the issue and build stronger connections from a community perspective </q>. It’s also important to note that USAFA’s efforts to connect the community more, this is also happening in all other branches of the military and in a lot of places in the United States. </p>
